Once an IPO is announced by CSE, the game Administrator would create the Securities ID of the new Company to be listed. Players are then allowed to subscribe to the IPO based as per the actual offer price of the IPO. The players bank balance to be adjusted on subscription. No refund or allocation policy will be available in the game.
